Shipping Information

We want to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our delivery process.

UK Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Standard UK delivery typically takes 3–5 working days from dispatch. During busy periods (sales, holidays), please allow up to 7 working days before contacting us.

• Delivery times are calculated in working days (Monday to Friday).
• Orders placed after 4 pm will be processed the next working day.
• During bank holidays and the Christmas period, please allow an extra 2 working days.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete at the time of ordering. We can deliver to your home or workplace. If an incorrect address is entered, we are not obliged to refund, exchange, or resend the order to the correct address at our expense.

Failed Deliveries

Each item will be attempted for delivery twice. After two failed attempts, you can either:

• Collect the package from your local Post Office or courier depot (UK only).
• Request redelivery, which may incur an additional charge.

Lost in Transit

If an item has been lost in transit, replacement items will be dispatched at our discretion, once all tracking and investigative avenues have been exhausted. This may include waiting up to 30–45 days from the original dispatch date.

All non-delivery claims must be received within 14 days of the original shipment date. Please refer to the date shown on your “Dispatch Information” email.

International Delivery

We ship internationally. Please note that international delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.

• Customs & duties: Punjabi Roots is not responsible for any customs charges, import duties, or taxes levied by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer.
• Export restrictions: It is the customer's responsibility to comply with any laws or restrictions that apply to their country.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available). You can also track your order by logging into your account.
